Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Inventory Planner to manage stock across multiple brands and sales channels (retail, e-commerce, and wholesale). This role plays a key part in driving sales performance by ensuring the right products are available at the right time — while actively managing inventory risks and opportunities.
You will work closely with the commercial team to translate data into action, balancing growth with healthy inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and forecast demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and campaigns
Monitor stock performance (sell-through, months of cover, ageing) and take action
Allocate inventory strategically across retail stores and online platforms
Manage replenishment to support best-sellers and key launches
Identify slow-moving stock and propose clearance strategies
Support purchase planning and buying decisions
Prepare reports and highlight risks/opportunities to management
Requirements
2–5 years experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or supply chain
Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills
Comfortable working with data and making recommendations
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple brands/categories
Proactive and takes ownership (not just task execution)
Preferred:
Experience in retail, fashion, watches, or lifestyle products
Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon)
