Inventory Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

Inbound Inventory

• Receive and verify incoming stock against documents


• Perform quantity and condition checks


• System receiving and putaway


• Labeling and bin location assignment

Inventory Control

• Cycle counting and stock reconciliation


• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies


• Monitor expiry dates (e.g., baby products, FMCG)


• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates

Stock Movement

• Replenishment to picking zones


• Internal stock transfers between locations


• Bin consolidation and space optimization

Outbound Support

• Assist in stock verification for high-value orders


• Investigate excess / shortage cases


• Support return-to-stock (RTS) process


• Order trouble-shootings

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School / Nitec in Supply Chain or related field


• At least 3 months warehouse/supply chain experience preferred


• Computer literate (comfortable with systems & Excel) OR


• Valid WSQ Certified Forklift License


• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Meticulous and detail-oriented


• Comfortable working in Warehouse environment


• Able to carry items up to 15kg


• Able to work shift pattern (including weekends)


• Good understanding of logistics / e-commerce operations
