Inventory/ Warehouse Operation Assistant - Mass Hiring, Office Hour only

Summary Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm

• Location: Paya Lebar, Macpherson

• Salary: $2,000 to $2,500

• Exposure to warehouse, e-commerce and retail operations

• No Experience required, training provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check and arrange incoming stock

• Pick, pack and prepare online orders for delivery

• Replenish stock for retail stores

• Check and update inventory records

• Conduct stock counts and report any stock discrepancies or damaged items

• Prepare products for retail and online launches

• Handle customer returns and exchanges

• Support stock preparation and movement for pop-ups, roadshows and events

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized

• Assist with other warehouse and retail operations when required

Requirements

• Warehouse, logistics, retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage

• Basic computer skills

• Positive attitude and willing to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
