• Administer LAN networks and manage email servers to ensure reliable communication and connectivity


• Monitor website performance and manage website content to optimize user experience and uptime


• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide infrastructure support to maintain smooth daily operations


• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to create, edit, and manage documents and communications


• Plan and execute SEO and SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to increase online visibility and engagement


• Manage social media accounts by posting content and engaging with audiences to build brand presence


• Create digital content and edit videos to support marketing campaigns and company communications


• Use digital marketing tools and social media platforms effectively to analyze trends and improve marketing strategies


• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members while demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt


• Perform HR administrative tasks including payroll, attendance tracking, and record management to support workforce management


• Assist with invoice processing, billing support, and data entry to maintain accurate financial and administrative records


• Manage documentation and databases to ensure organized and accessible company information


• Provide administrative support for accounting functions to facilitate accurate financial reporting and compliance

• Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn (implied preference for interpersonal skills and adaptability)
