Job Summary:
Drive full‑funnel marketing initiatives, campaign optimisation, and data‑driven strategies to support brand growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
• Plan and manage digital, social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities
• Support product or service launches, events, and promotional activities
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection
• Work closely with IT and developers to optimise tracking setup, resolve technical issues, and enhance website performance
• Create monthly reports on paid advertising performance
• Handle other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the finance or payment industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into effective campaigns
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as GA4, GTM, GA, XAds, Hootsuite, and Bitly
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or HTML are an added advantage
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese speaking counterparts
