Role Description

The Junior BD Manager will support business growth by:

  • Managing exchange & KOL partnerships

  • Planning and operating trading-volume campaigns

  • Supporting new exchange onboarding

  • Executing marketing & affiliate operations

  • Preparing strategic decks and reports for leadership (Business Data Analysis)


This role requires both execution capability and strategic thinking, with strong ownership in a fast-paced Crypto industrial environment.


Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute trading-volume based campaigns for VIP, KOL, and global users

  • Support sales strategy development and due diligence for new partnerships

  • Ensure timely upload and management of banners, events, and exchange promotions

  • Track and organize monthly business performance data

Partner & Exchange Management

  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding new exchange partners

  • Conduct initial outreach and communication with exchanges

  • Support rate discussions and documentation preparation

  • Monitor and report partner performance and retention

VIP & KOL Relationship Management

  • Manage target VIP and KOL accounts

  • Track retention metrics before/after management activities

  • Support volume-based incentive campaign planning

  • Maintain continuous communication with key partners

Marketing & Affiliate Operations

  • Manage social media postings (X, Instagram, Telegram)

  • Coordinate affiliate/KOL performance tracking

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Marketing teams

Strategy Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare business decks and strategy documents

  • Support global expansion strategy documentation

  • Provide structured reports to VP/CSO

  • Ensure clear communication and execution alignment


KPI Focus (Performance Driven Role)

This role will be evaluated based on:

  • Sales strategy & event execution performance

  • Strategy deck documentation quality

  • New partner onboarding contribution

  • Marketing channel management consistency

  • VIP/KOL retention rate

  • Leadership qualitative evaluation

  • Attendance & operational discipline


Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in Web3, crypto, affiliate marketing, or BD-related roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Scientist, Finance or related field

  • Understanding of crypto exchanges and trading ecosystem

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong documentation & reporting ability (Deck writing required)

  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capability

  • Self-motivated and execution-oriented

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with crypto exchanges

  • Experience managing KOLs or affiliate networks

  • Experience planning trading competitions or volume campaigns

  • English required. Additional proficiency in Korean, Vietnamese, or Russian is a plus.
