Junior Designer & Operations Support (Chun Wellness) - Immediate Hiring Available

Job Description:

Job Overview: Chun Wellness is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Designer & Operations Support to ensure the smooth daily running of our business. The successful candidate will work closely with our Boss, Graphic Designer (and Admin), and our marketing team to execute digital campaigns, designing of campaign banners, manage customer service, and oversee daily workflows.

Note: This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as the candidate will be the primary point of contact for operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Continuity: Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed daily. Act as the primary anchor for operations

• Digital Execution: Work together with our Graphic Designer to design and upload content to our website and social media platforms.

• Workflow Management: Ensure that operational tasks (order processing, customer inquiries, vendor coordination) are completed according to the established timeline.

• Customer & Vendor Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and operational vendor requests.

• Able to use AI to help with work flow.

Qualifications:

• Process-Oriented: Ability to follow checklists and use "fill-in-the-blank" templates effectively.

• Tech-Savvy (Basic): Comfortable using content management systems (CMS) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). You do not need to be a developer; you need to be a skilled "user."

• Self-Managed: Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot simple issues, and escalate only when necessary.

• Communication: Excellent clarity in reporting progress and flagging "blockers" early. Candidates must be able to speak and write English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking clients)
