Junior Marketing Executive (CRM & Loyalty) /Singaporeans Only / $3200 / Orchard

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns (acquisition, retention, reactivation)

• Manage and grow membership/card programmes and rewards initiatives

• Collaborate with banks and payment partners to develop joint promotions

• Drive customer spend through targeted marketing campaigns and offers

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and sales trends

• Handle customer communications and manage CRM channels

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Ensure all campaigns align with brand and marketing guidelines

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or partnerships

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in retail, banking, or payment platforms is an advantage

• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
