Junior Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist in planning, and coordinating merchandise to ensure optimal product assortment, stock levels, and performance across all retail channels.

Key responsibilities include:

                •             Assist in seasonal merchandise planning activities

                •             Monitor stock levels and sales performance across stores and e-commerce

                •             Work closely with store teams to manage replenishment and transfers

                •             Analyse sell-through rates, bestsellers, and underperforming items

                •             Coordinate with marketing team on product launches and visual merchandising plans

                •             Prepare reports on sales trends and stock status.

                •             Support the Senior Merchandiser or Buyer in administrative duties

Requirements:

                •             Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field

                •             1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail buying, or inventory

                •             Good analytical and numerical skills

                •             Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

                •             Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems (e.g., POS/ERP systems) & Adobe Photoshop

                •             Passion for fashion retail and current trends

                •             Able to work independently and as part of a team

•             Singaporean and candidates who Permanently Resides in Singapore are preferred to apply
