Key Account/Business Development (Packaging Solutions)

Job Scope:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in packaging solutions (FMCG, food, industrial, etc.)

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales leads

• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business strategies

Job Requirement:

• At least 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (packaging/printing/manufacturing background is a plus)

• Strong relationship management & negotiation skills.
