Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs and goals

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal creative/production teams

• Coordinate campaign planning, creative development, and timely execution of deliverables

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and campaign reports

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

• Attend client meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions

• Stay updated on market trends and provide strategic insights for campaign improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency environment

• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign workflows

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines
