With expanding retail, atrium, and e-commerce operations across Singapore, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Key Account Executive / Assistant to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key retail and e-commerce accounts
Coordinate and execute sales campaigns, promotions, atrium events, and roadshows
Work closely with buyers, retail partners, and internal teams to support business growth
Monitor stock levels, product availability, merchandising standards, and promotional setups
Support and supervise promoters and part-time staff to achieve sales targets and operational standards
Ensure smooth execution of on-ground activities and retail operations
Track sales performance, prepare simple reports, and provide market feedback and insights
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales performance, and customer engagement
Assist in weekend retail events, atrium activations, and peak sales campaigns when required
Support other ad-hoc operational and sales-related duties assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, merchandising, or account servicing preferred
Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with retail operations and on-ground execution
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
Willing to travel between retail outlets and event locations
Candidates with FMCG, retail chain, supermarket, pharmacy, or e-commerce experience will have an added advantage
