We are looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Executive to help build and grow our Electrical Department business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales goals, strengthening customer partnerships, and contributing to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and nurture relationships with key retail partners and assigned customers.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
· Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
· Actively seek out new sales channels and promotional opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and sales proposals.
· Ensure stock availability for sales and promotional events.
· Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate closely with internal marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to achieve results.
· Gather and share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer input with internal stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a related sales role.
· Experience in the consumer electronics or small domestic appliances industry is an advantage.
· Possession of own transport is an advantage.
· Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners).
· Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· A fast learner with strong initiative, communication, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Willing to work after office hours for setup and teardown of promotional events when required.
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
Remuneration & Benefits:
· Annual income: SGD $50,000 – $70,000 (inclusive of basic salary + commission).
· Allowances: Mobile phone and transport allowance.
· Incentives: Annual company trip and performance-based bonus.
