Job Responsibilities
Manage eCommerce platforms and monitor overall sales performance including pricing, listings, availability and online visibility
Plan and execute online promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Work with internal teams to ensure accurate product listings and updated content across platforms
Coordinate promotions, product launches and ensure timely stock fulfillment
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements
Handle order management, fulfillment and after-sales service
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from eCommerce enabler/platform/brand.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
