Key Account Executive (Ecommerce)

  • Responsible for eCommerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service.

  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns to drive ecommerce sales and business objectives.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across e-commerce platforms. 

  • Monitor daily sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on food category across e-retailers and marketplaces.

  • Contribute to the optimization of eCommerce content and design.

  • Monthly performance updates, key areas for improvement and forward plans.

  • Work closely with internal support functions to ensure ecommerce customers are competitive, promotions and new launch to be executed in a timely manner. and stock fulfillment to achieve sales target.

  • Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in sales/marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from eCommerce enabler/platform/brand.

·       Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

  • Proficiency with e-commerce performance metrics and systems.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Independent and good with follow up on tasks and responsibilities.
