Key Account Executive (FMCG & Modern Trade)

Our client is a well-established MNC within the FMCG sector, recognized for supplying high-volume consumer products across major retail channels in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Key Account Executive, in hopes of strengthening the current commercial team and supporting growth of strategic retail partnerships. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned modern trade and retail accounts, overseeing daily account operations, sales activities, and commercial performance.

• Maintain business relationships with key retail stakeholders to support ongoing product distribution and account development.

• Review account sales performance, track product movement, and identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing retail networks.

• Support commercial discussions including pricing alignment, product listings, and promotional planning with retail partners.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment, inventory availability, and timely product replenishment to retail outlets.

• Work alongside the marketing function to implement in-store campaigns, trade promotions, and product visibility initiatives within assigned accounts.

• Consolidate sales data, evaluate performance trends, and prepare periodic reports for internal review and planning.

• Assist in monitoring trade spending, promotional costs, and contribute to forecast planning for assigned retail channels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing retail accounts, sales operations, or commercial activities within FMCG, food distribution, or consumer goods sectors.

• Familiarity with retail channel management, trade promotion execution, and account performance monitoring.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience handling sales data analysis, reporting preparation, and budget tracking related to account activities.
