Key Account Manager [Advertising Sales | Up to $5500 | Central] RRKC

Job Highlights:

• Up to $5,500/month + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Phone & Transport Allowance + COMMISSION

• Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

• Central Area @ Suntec

Job Responsibilities:

•   Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads.

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients and accounts.

• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions across digital, social, print, and other media platforms.

• Lead negotiations and drive new business and account growth.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of advertising campaigns.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

• Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales team members. 

Job Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in digital sales, advertising sales, media sales or relevant

• Min. 2 years of experience in team leading/people management/managerial role

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts

• Strong knowledge in digital, social medial, print and integrated advertising solutions.

• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and digital campaign metrics is an advantage.
