Key Account Manager (2 positions - B2B & B2C)
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned key B2B (HORECO) or B2C accounts (e.g., supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, retail chains).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Growth
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand product penetration.
Actively prospect and pursue new B2B/B2C opportunities within assigned accounts.
Customer Engagement
Understand customer needs, industry trends, and strategic goals.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to deliver integrated solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product presentations.
Performance Monitoring
Analyze account performance and provide regular updates and reports.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B/B2C sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
