The Key Account Manager – Existing Business will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active corporate accounts, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth in Singapore.



Key Responsibilities :



  • Manage a portfolio of active corporate accounts in Singapore

  • Drive profitable growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Advocate the company’s value proposition to ensure customers understand its full capabilities

  • Develop and implement Account Development Plans through face-to-face meetings or video calls

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing) to deliver excellent service and customized solutions

  • Coordinate special sourcing requests from customers, following company guidelines

  • Oversee pricing and margin management

  • Report on sales activities, update CRM with activities, opportunities, and progress

  • Coordinate with the International Account Manager to align with global tender and agreement conditions

  • Support the digitalization of the customer’s order-to-pay journey using the company’s e-solution

  • Work closely with the Corporate Inside Sales team to optimize sales processes and manage customer requirements

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team


Qualifications & Skills :



  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving business growth

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools

  • Experience in pricing and margin management

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service and solutions
