Hudson Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Key Account Manager to support our client, T&G Global to be based in Singapore.

T&G Global is a leader in the fresh produce industry, bringing premium produce brands, including our iconic ENVY and Jazz apples to consumers worldwide. Our story began over 125 years ago and today our 2,000 people are located in 13 countries, with customers in more than 60 countries.
In light of the rapidly growing consumer demand for T&G's apples in Asia, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence in Singapore.

Role Overview

Drive sales growth and expand market presence in Singapore for T&G’s Apple business. Our business in Singapore has been growing and we aspire to further continue on this growth.

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships across the modern trade, general trade and e-commerce channels. You will leverage your expertise in sales, trade marketing and customer relationship management to drive revenue & profit growth.

You will build improved programs with our Modern Trade customers and drive distribution across smaller retailers and traditional trade including wet markets.

Given this role is a combination of managing distributors and working with key retailers – it will be a great role for someone who has worked across MT & GT and is looking to step up and drive overall business.

Job Description

  • Be responsible for the overall revenue, share and profit for the market.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key retailers and distributors.

  • Lead commercial programs – product (new SKUs), pricing, distribution, promotions and key activations to maximize sales and profitability.

  • Modern Trade: Work with key retailers to build JUBPs to premiumization of apple category & drive growth for Envy. Drive retail projects including in-store activations to increase brand visibility and connect with consumers

  • General Trade: Work with distributors to expand distribution and ROS for Envy in Independent MT and Traditional trade (like Wet Markets).

  • Work closely with operations, NZ and US supply teams to ensure fulfilment of orders to plan.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, and/or business development, within the FMCG or CPG sector, experience in fresh/perishable is preferred.

  • Strong relationships with key modern trade customer and good understanding of the wholesale landscape.

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional, global team.

  • Entrepreneurial and Agile – willing to roll up their sleeves.
