Manage and grow relationships with customers (hotels, restaurants, bars, corporates).
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new key accounts.
l Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms in line with company policies.
l Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Monitor stock levels, manage order accuracy, and reduce return rates.
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance and satisfaction.
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Work with marketing to coordinate promotions, events, and wine tastings.
Provide wine training or support to clients where necessary.
