Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing cosmetics group founded in 2016, the company manages multiple brands across makeup, hair, and scalp care. With its own R&D labs and manufacturing, it runs a full in-house operation from product development to sales.
The company has seen strong, consistent growth and operates across major e-commerce platforms, over 90 offline boutiques, and 20,000+ global retail points. Backed by leading investors, it is rapidly expanding its international presence in over 30 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management & Business Growth
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
Identify new business opportunities, including product expansion, promotions, and distribution improvements.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and promotional agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
2. Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key channels, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders (buyers, merchandisers, marketing teams).
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment with channel requirements.
Resolve any business issues (e.g., supply chain delays, claims, disputes) promptly and professionally.
3. Trade Marketing & Promotions
Partner with Marketing to develop and execute effective trade promotions, in-store activations, and merchandising strategies.
Ensure compliance with channel promotional guidelines and optimize shelf visibility for JOY GROUP brands.
Track and evaluate promotional performance, providing post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
4. Forecasting & Inventory Management
Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing out-of-stock and excess inventory.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and demand planning inputs to support business objectives.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular sales reports, business reviews, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, recommending strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG, health, or beauty industries.
Proven track record of managing large retail accounts (experience with Watsons, Guardian, Sephora or similar chains is a strong advantage).
