Description

1. RESPONSIBILITY



  • Manage high-value, multi-million-dollar accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, including managers and C-level executives, in top-tier organizations.

  • Drive growth through strategic upselling by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships, maximizing value for both clients and the business.

  • Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract.

  • Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders…

  • Negotiating all contracts with the clients and partners.

  • Manage customer and partner data on the CRM system.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

  • Other tasks assigned.


2. REQUIREMENTS



  • Proven account management or other relevant experience (05+ years).

  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

  • Hard-working and self-accountable.

  • Experience with Ecommerce projects is a plus.
