• Employment Type: Permanent

• Salary: Up to $6,500/month + $1,200 Allowance + AWS + Sales Bonus

• Work Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:15AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

•  Act as the primary representative of the company for customers to provide technical support to clients.

• Implement and oversee chemical treatment programs at the clients' site and ensure optimal performance.

• Provide on-site field testing to identify and rectify any issues/error within the chemical treatment program

• Prepare monthly material review report to clients and identify areas for improvement

• Provide regular chemical treatment program report to clients, ensure clients are informed and aware of the latest status and progress of the program.

• Adhere to organization’s safety protocols and reporting procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Support / Field Support/ Application / similar function

• Must have Valid Class 3/3A Driver's License

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities.
