Description

1. Key Account & Channel Management

  • Buyer Communication: Maintain strong relationships and communicate effectively with key offline retail channels (e.g., NTUC FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage) and vendors.

  • New Item Listing: Execute the new product listing and onboarding process for local offline channels.

  • Promotion Management: Plan and execute promotions tailored to each retail channel, including selecting appropriate products, setting promotional pricing, and negotiating schedules and terms with buyers and store managers.

  • Product Data Management: Maintain and update the product information and listing status database across all online and offline channels.

2. Sales Administration

  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare product samples, submit required documents, and communicate with relevant parties for mandatory certifications such as BCRS (Beverage Container Return Scheme).

  • Follow-up Tasks: Promptly register and update BCRS-approved products across local retail channels.

  • Merchandiser Supervision: Supervise and manage field merchandisers (MDs) to ensure prominent product placement, optimal stock replenishment, and strict compliance with visual merchandising standards across all retail outlets.

3. Marketing & Event Support

  • Event Support: Assist with offline store events (e.g., Korea Fair) and support various online and offline promotional activities.

  • Operational Support: Support the execution of miscellaneous marketing campaigns and general operational tasks within the department.

4. E-Commerce Operations

  • Platform Management: Register new products and continuously update existing product listings (images, detailed descriptions, etc.) on major e-commerce portals such as RedMart and Amazon.

  • Order & Inventory Management: Process daily online orders, manage fulfillment procedures, and monitor inventory levels across online channels to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Online Promotions: Plan, set up, and execute online promotional campaigns and discount events on e-commerce platforms.

  • Customer Service: Handle basic customer inquiries and manage product reviews from online buyers.


    Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM/ Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays)
