Description

Responsibilities:

·       Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in handling operational and administrative tasks.

·       Act as the primary communication liaison between key customers and internal teams.

·       Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance brand loyalty and competitiveness.

·       Process price changes, listing forms, and promotional submissions accurately and on time.

·       Coordinate internally with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

·       Track promotional implementation and send proof of execution where required.

·       Monitor stock levels and communicate out-of-stock issues to relevant parties.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, contracts, and pricing agreements.

·       Prepare sales reports and monthly performance trackers as required.

·       Conduct market and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.

·       Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.


Requirements:

·       Diploma preferably in Business/Marketing or relevant field.

·       2 years of experience in FMCG sales support or account coordination (preferably in Modern Trade).

·       Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·       Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
