Lead Generation Specialist (Custom Apparel & Manufacturing)
About the Role
Are you a strategic "hunter" with a passion for B2B sales and supply chain solutions? Apparel Empire is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive our expansion. We don’t just sell clothes; we provide comprehensive, customized apparel solutions—from corporate uniforms to specialized industrial gear and private label manufacturing.
Your mission: Identify high-volume B2B opportunities, navigate complex decision-making units, and fill our pipeline with high-quality partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Mapping: Identify and research large-scale prospects including Government agencies, Multinational Corporations (MNCs), Educational institutions, and F&B chains.
Solution-Based Outreach: Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, focusing on our "Concept-to-Delivery" capabilities (Customization, OEM/ODM, and Logistics).
High-Volume Prospecting: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find Procurement Heads, Admin Managers, and Marketing Directors who manage large-scale uniform contracts.
Lead Qualification (BANT): Vet leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline to ensure a high conversion rate for our Senior Consultants.
CRM Excellence: Manage and update the sales pipeline in [Insert CRM], ensuring meticulous tracking of touchpoints and follow-up schedules.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., smart fabrics, sustainable sourcing) to offer relevant insights to potential clients.
