Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring long-term brand growth and business impact.
- Build, position, and strengthen the brand across all touchpoints to drive awareness, loyalty, and market differentiation.
- Create and execute integrated, innovative campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing, retail, and experiential events.
- Bring bold, creative ideas to elevate brand visibility, customer engagement, and competitive edge in the market.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, setting clear KPIs, fostering development, and driving accountability for results.
- Oversee successful product launches through robust go-to-market strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive digital marketing performance, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, CRM, and e-commerce growth.
- Leverage data and analytics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, etc.) to continuously optimize campaigns, improve performance, and maximize budget efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across the customer journey.
- Manage the marketing budget and external partners/agencies to deliver high-impact, cost-effective initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in both hands-on and leadership marketing roles, ideally within the supplement or e-commerce industry.
- Demonstrated experience in international marketing, with a focus on the United Kingdom and the UAE, aligning with the company’s planned market expansion.
- Proven expertise in SEO strategies and optimization tactics, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM systems, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and marketing experiments to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, social media, and performance marketing channels.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
