Are you passionate about shaping the future of adult learners and professionals? We’re looking for an experienced Lecturer to join our team on a 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for industry practitioners or adult learning trainers with expertise in business, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, data analytics, or emerging technologies. You’ll play a key role in curriculum development, class facilitation, and building industry partnerships that drive impactful learning outcomes.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
Design and develop engaging curriculum and course materials.
Facilitate classes and manage learner engagement and assessments.
Support course administration and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
Lead or contribute to strategic projects and industry collaborations.
Participate in curriculum reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in training, curriculum development, and class management.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Creative problem-solver with project management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
Experience in industry networking and partnership development is a plus.
📚 Qualifications
Relevant academic qualification in business, marketing, data analytics, or related discipline.
ACTA / ACLP or equivalent adult learning certification.
Prior experience in adult education or corporate training preferred.
