Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated educator to teach retail services and equip students with practical, industry-relevant skills. The role involves designing effective instructional materials, fostering a supportive and career-focused learning environment, and mentoring students to develop their personal and professional capabilities. The educator will also provide career guidance and build strong partnerships with parents and the community to enhance student outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities
Deliver lessons and hands-on demonstrations in retail services
Create effective instructional materials to support student learning
Mentor students and model professional behavior
Build an industry-relevant and supportive learning environment
Guide students in exploring career pathways
Collaborate with parents and community partners to enhance learning outcomes
Personal Competencies, Qualifications and Experiences
Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experienced in Retail Operations, Merchandise Display, Customer Service, and e-Commerce/ Online Retailing
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or service-related roles
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred Credentials
Teaching or training experience
WSQ ACTA and/or ACTEP certification
