Live Host (Shopee/ Tiktok) (Based in Singapore)

Key responsibilities

1. Hosting live selling sessions on e-commerce platforms to showcase and promote our products

2. Engaging with customers in real-time, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service

3. Monitoring live stream analytics to continuously improve performance and enhance the customer experience

4. Maintaining a positive brand image and upholding the company's values throughout all interactions

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a live streaming host or content creator, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with audiences

3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to present products in a compelling and informative manner

4. Creativity and the ability to develop innovative content ideas to captivate viewers

5. Proficiency in using live streaming platforms and tools

6. Adaptability and the ability to think on your feet to handle unexpected situations during live streams
