Description
A Live Seller's job is to host engaging live streams (on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Shopee) to showcase, demonstrate, and sell products in real-time, creating an interactive experience by answering questions, running promotions, and building a loyal customer community to drive sales and brand awareness. Key duties involve product presentation, customer interaction, content creation, and managing the sales process from demo to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

Live Hosting: Conduct regular live sessions, present products enthusiastically, and maintain an energetic, interactive atmosphere. -
Sales & Promotion: Effectively sell products, highlight features/benefits, use discounts, and encourage immediate purchases. -
Audience Engagement: Answer viewer questions, respond to comments, build rapport, and foster a sense of community. -
Content Creation: Develop creative ideas for live streams and supporting content (demos, testimonials). -
Platform Management: Utilize platform features (like TikTok Shop) and maintain a professional live setup (lighting, background). -
Coordination: Work with marketing/operations teams for product info, campaigns, and order processing/packing.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong on-camera presence and confident communication.
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms (TikTok, FB Live, etc.).
- Sales-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
- Energetic, creative, and adaptable.
Work Environment:
- Involves flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
- NOT remote/work-from-home. require to be in shop
