Live Stream operation assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, updates and delisting across e-commerce platforms.

• Assist with platform campaign registration and promotional activities.

• Coordinate livestream schedules, product selection, pricing, promotions and livestream arrangements.

• Prepare products, samples, promotional materials and livestream setup before each session.

• Support livestream operations, including product links, pricing updates, stock availability and real-time coordination during live sessions.

• Follow up on livestream orders, performance, stock movement and post-live operational matters.

• Liaise with livestream hosts, influencers, creators and affiliates for collaborations, scheduling and follow-ups.

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, returns and after-sales matters.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

• Maintain warehouse and stock movement records.

• Assist with order picking, packing and courier arrangements.

• Support daily e-commerce operations and other ad-hoc tasks.
