About the Role
The Livestream Admin is the operational backbone of Sheldon Global's live commerce sessions. Working alongside the Livestream Host, you will manage behind-the-scenes execution — chat, product listings, promotions, and session data — to ensure every live session runs smoothly and maximises sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage live chat during broadcasts — moderating comments, pinning product info, and escalating viewer questions to the Host
Operate and update the live product listing dashboard, including activating flash deals, updating quantities, and switching featured SKUs
Prepare all pre-session materials: run sheet, product order, promotional scripts, and flash deal timings
Monitor real-time sales metrics (units sold, GMV, viewer count) and alert the Host to key milestones
Coordinate with logistics on stock availability and flag low-inventory alerts before and during sessions
Compile post-session performance reports covering viewership, GMV, top products, and engagement data
Assist in scheduling and planning the weekly/monthly live calendar across platforms
Maintain organised records of all livestream sessions, scripts, and promotional assets
Requirements & Eligibility
Good multitasking ability — comfortable managing multiple screens simultaneously in a fast-paced live environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Centre or other e-commerce dashboards is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a run sheet precisely under time pressure
Good written communication skills for chat moderation and internal reporting
Prior experience in live commerce operations or e-commerce back-end is preferred
Willing and able to travel overseas when required
