Working Hours
5.5 days per week.
Off day: Every Sunday.
Saturdays are strictly a half-day shift.
Job Responsibilities
Host live-streaming sessions dynamically across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to drive brand excitement.
Manage viewer interactions, live chats, and incoming product inquiries to convert questions into active sales.
Design eye-catching promotional banners and product thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop for major campaign periods.
Process incoming orders and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure prompt parcel dispatch and tracking.
Handle marketplace backend operations including updating product listings, monitoring stock levels, and optimizing keywords.
Resolve return, refund, and damaged goods claims professionally within a 24-hour service agreement.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce customer service or social media commerce (Singapore market experience preferred).
Proficiency in Canva is mandatory. Proficiency in Photoshop is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Lazada and Shopee Seller Centre navigation, chat tools, and refund processes.
Good to Have
Experience with TikTok Shop or Live selling.
Basic knowledge of local courier parcel tracking systems (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T Express).
Basic video editing skills using CapCut for simple TikTok video replies.
