Job Title: Livestream Host

About the Role: We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Livestream Host to represent our products through engaging live sessions across e-commerce and social media platforms. You will be responsible for presenting products on camera, interacting with viewers in real time, answering questions, and creating a fun, trustworthy shopping experience that drives engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Host livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other social channels
- Present products clearly, confidently, and in an engaging manner
- Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions and encouraging participation
- Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and usage in a natural and persuasive way
- Build strong audience interest and help convert viewers into customers
- Work with the team to plan livestream topics, scripts, product highlights, and promotional angles
- Support pre-live preparation, including product familiarisation, talking points, and run-throughs
- Review livestream performance and help improve future sessions based on audience response and sales results
- Assist with simple short-form video or promotional content when required
Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Highly responsive and prompt in communication
- Responsible, committed, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working night hours (for live stream sessions)
- Comfortable speaking on camera with a lively and confident presence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded, persuasive, and able to engage viewers naturally
- Able to think quickly and respond well during live sessions
- Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, or other livestream/e-commerce platforms
- Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products is an advantage
- Prior experience in livestreaming, content creation, retail sales, customer engagement, or hosting is preferred
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or campaign periods when required Preferred Qualities
- Positive personality and high energy on camera
- Clear speaking voice and good product presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to adapt tone and style based on audience and campaign needs
