Job Summary
Titan Digital Media is looking for a proactive and adaptable Livestream Operations Administrator. You will be the backbone of our live commerce team, ensuring our e-commerce platforms run smoothly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and our livestreams are executed flawlessly from behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Livestream Management: Prepare product listings, manage backend streaming software (TikTok Live, Meta Business, Shopee), and multitask during live broadcasts (monitoring chat, troubleshooting tech issues, and assisting the host(s)).
E-Commerce & Fulfillment: Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, oversee end-to-end order processing, and coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns/refunds in line with company policies.
Requirements
Experience: at least 1 year of proven experience in livestream management, e-commerce, or customer service & no prior experience welcome.
Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with platforms like TikTok Live, Shopee Live and Facebook Live, as well as basic knowledge of A/V equipment (cameras, mics, lighting).
Communication: Highly proficient in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to effectively moderate live chats and interact with a diverse audience.
Attributes: A fast thinker who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You must be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt quickly to unexpected technical or viewer issues during a live set.
