Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Verify cargo clearance and condition alongside all necessary approvals prior to release.

• Track shipments thoroughly with all external partners and provide clients with consistent updates.

• Manage all airfreight documentation and maintain clear customer correspondence.

• Coordinate seamlessly with carriers, vendors, and internal departments for operational efficiency.

• Accurately enter shipment details, invoices, and data into the internal operations system.

• Offer comprehensive operational support to enhance overall team performance.

• Handle bookings and monitor shipments to ensure end-to-end logistical coordination.
