Job Scope:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations and business growth.

• Oversee warehouse management, including inventory control, stock accuracy, and storage space utilization.

• Coordinate transportation and last-mile delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective customer fulfillment.

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and secure competitive service rates.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.

• Lead and mentor the logistics team, managing performance reviews, scheduling, and staff development.

• Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer complaints through root cause analysis and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience as logistics manager

• Proficient in standard logistics and warehouse management software (WMS, TMS, ERP systems)

• Experience in e-retail or e-commerce logistics management will be a distinct advantage
