Job Description

• Manage end-to-end India–Singapore


• and Singapore–India courier operations.


• Coordinate international parcel movement, consolidation, and shipment scheduling.


• Ensure compliance with customs regulations for import and export.


• Handle logistics documentation including airway bills, invoices, permits, and declarations.


• Work with overseas courier partners, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery teams.


• Resolve operational issues including shipment delays, routing problems, and exceptions.


• Manage relationships with India and Singapore logistics vendors/agents.


• Oversee local last-mile delivery operations and parcel distribution.


• Maintain service quality standards, delivery timelines, and operational KPIs.


• Improve operational workflow and cost efficiency for courier routes.

Requirement

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cross-border logistics, international courier operations, or freight forwarding.


• Strong hands-on knowledge of India–Singapore shipment processes, customs clearance, flight bag preparation, and parcel consolidation.


• Experience working with courier partners, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery networks in India and Singapore.


• Ability to manage shipment scheduling, route optimization, transit time reduction, and SOP improvement.


• Able to coordinate with India-based hubs, overseas agents, and Singapore operations to ensure smooth end-to-end movement.


• Able to maintain professional working relationships with vendors, airport handlers, customs brokers, and internal teams.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation handling, and issue escalation.
