Logistics Supervisor, Order Fulfillment (E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.

• Manage driver routing, delivery schedules, and logistics partner coordination to meet service level agreements (SLA).

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock replenishments, and support stock receiving and cycle counts.

• Ensure fulfillment accuracy, optimize workflow processes, and uphold product quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with hygiene and safety requirements.

• Support operational updates such as planogram changes and stock audits.

• Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with shift scheduling as required.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.

• Understanding of order processing, stock management, and last-mile delivery.

• Hands-on experience with dispatch coordination and basic inventory systems.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight delivery schedules.

• Good leadership and communication skills to supervise a small team.

• Must be able to handle manual tasks when needed (e.g., stock picking, packing).

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
