Logistics / Warehouse Assistant x10 (eCommerce Ind)

Our client is a leading precious metals company specializing in gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion products. With a strong global customer base and secure storage facilities, the company operates both online and retail channels, delivering high-value assets with strict compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving, checking, and secure storage of precious metals inventory

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for local and international shipments

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy

• Maintain proper documentation for inventory movements and audit purposes

• Ensure compliance with internal security protocols and SOPs

• Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

• Support periodic audits and stock-taking exercises
  

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O / N Levels or equivalent

• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Comfortable handling high-value goods in a secure environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is an advantage but not necessary
