You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Client Service Advisor!

Client Service Advisor
Location: Orchard
Salary: Up to $6,000 Gross

Job scope:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized and tailored shopping experience.

- Anticipate and address clients’ needs, providing expert advice and recommendations on luxury products.

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and cultivating repeat business.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury product offerings

- Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and brand developments to provide clients with informed and relevant information.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience from start to end.

- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.

- Maintain client records and manage follow-ups to ensure continued client satisfaction.

- Uphold and embody the values and image of our clients’ brands in every client interaction.

- Represent the brand at events and other promotional activities as required

- Singaporeans Only
- Prior luxury retail experience
