Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and match them with suitable domestic helpers.
Facilitate and arrange interviews between employers and domestic helpers.
Manage the complete placement process from start to finish, ensuring thorough tracking and follow-up.
Provide after-sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Proactively pursue leads and build relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
Oversee daily branch operations including managing biodata inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Recognized qualification or Certification in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is advantageous.
1-2 years of relevant experience in the employment agency sector specializing in Migrant Domestic Workers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
