Description

Digital Marketing Duties

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans to drive incremental lead targets for all campaign.

  • An expert in end-to-end digital campaigns, including-digital media channels planning

  • Proven track records in SEM, SEO, AEO, GEO.

  • Maximizing impact of content for each media channel.

  • Social media advertising.

  • Campaign landing page/website optimization.

  • Marketing automation.

  • Email marketing.

  • Monitoring and fine-tuning campaign performance.

  • Partner well with Corporate and Programme marketing team to deliver on lead targets.

  • Provide real-time analysis of campaign performances (daily, weekly, monthly) using applications and CRM such as Power BI and HubSpot.

  • Work with partners to maintain, monitor, review, analyze, optimize and report on GenAI tools used by the company.

  • Able to fine-tune marketing strategy and media plans according to above mentioned campaign performance.

  • The successful candidate must work well in a matrix environment and is a competent outcome driver with agency partners / vendor, as well as management of teammates under the digital marketing team.

  • Conduct and maintain competitors’ study and report on key metrics performances.

  • Support marketing events, conferences, etc is expected even if events do not directly concern one’s area of work.

Budget Management

  • Assist in monitoring marketing budgets allocation against planned marketing activity.

  • Manage and track all expenditure against approved budgets.

  • Manage marketing budget based on set objectives and targets.

Managerial Duties

  • Manage Digital Marketing Executive/Senior Executive in the daily execution of digital marketing duties.

  • Lead and oversee the monitoring, review and analysis of performance marketing.

  • Manage all reports of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure all digital marketing campaigns are launched in a timely manner, and adhere to overall company digital marketing strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

  • Highly proficient in Google Ads, SEO, AEO, GEO, Paid Social Media Marketing such as Meta Ads.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable with numbers.

  • Able to handle working in a high-performance environment.

  • Prior digital marketing, CRM, media planning / buying, and project management experience is essential.

  • Keen understanding of optimizing digital platforms and use of analytics applications.

  • Able to collaborate well with cross-functional departments.

  • Independent and dynamic personality.

  • Fluent in CRM tools such as HubSpot.

  • Agency management, proficient outcome driver on budget and deadlines.

  • Willingness to work on tight deadlines and occasional weekends i.e. Company marketing events if the need arises
