Manager Digital Solutions Commerce, Supply Chain and Agile

At HEINEKEN D&T, we are on the lookout highly skilled and dynamic Manager to lead our digital programs across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. This role is pivotal in blending technical prowess with transformative leadership to drive our digital agenda. You will be the driving force behind our digital innovation, steering your team to shape and implement strategies that elevate our brand and operational efficiency.

Roles & responsibilities

• Shape and lead the Digital roadmap for APAC Lead and oversee a cross-functional team responsible for shaping and executing digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.


• Collaborate with Functional heads and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital enhancement, define strategies, and prioritize initiatives that align with their business goals.


• Furthermore, spearhead digital initiatives, leveraging technology to optimize processes, boost efficiency, and unlock new business potentials.


• Technology Vision Guide the technological roadmap, ensuring it resonates with our D&T vision and keeps pace with external market trends.


• Build a high performing team Mentor and lead a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and fostering their professional development.


• Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and agile methodologies, promoting collaboration and innovation across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's Degree


• At least 10 years' experience in Digital and technology with strong knowledge of Product management; preferably background in FMCG and experience in both Commercial and Supply chain domains


• 
  Required leadership expertise: Strong leadership skills, evidenced by a history of driving digital transformation and delivering impactful results.

  Required technology expertise: In-depth understanding of current technology trends and their practical business applications. Deep understanding of

  Required agile expertise: Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies and be able to apply these principles and to drive a culture of continuous improvement and of collaboration.
