Job Summary


This role leads a team to deliver DKSH own brands’ (OB) P&L in partnership with the regional OB marketing team, reporting into the Singapore OB GM. 


P&L Management



  • Define and propose P&L shape for all brands within the OB portfolio annually. (NS, GM, A&P, EBIT)

  • Drive and deliver yearly business results in line with P&L targets.

  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, trade promotions, launches and revising plans as needed to ensure business delivery.

  • Monitor & forecast spends in-line with budget


Commercial Strategy



  • Define and align short to mid-term 4Ps strategy with stakeholders, partners, and sales team (internal and external) to achieve annual target and sustainable growth for the business

  • Craft and implement channel & customer plans & tactics in-line with the 4Ps strategy

  • Lead revenue growth management initiatives to achieve group’s revenue and profit goals (SKU rationalization, price pack architecture, customers’ margins, etc)


Marketing & Product Management



  • Manage a cohesive portfolio strategy for OB SG by leading innovations/ renovations, sku rationalization in partnership with cross-functional team and regional OB team.

  • Lead category strategy for brands in which we are market leaders.

  • Work with demand & supply planners to manage right amount of inventory

  • Partner with regional team on product sourcing, and cost management

  • Lead brand management and ATL/BTL marketing executions for the country, ensuring adherence to regional brand guidelines.

  • Prepare product training materials and attend to product related enquiries, and consumers complaints within the company’s guidelines


Team & stakeholder Management



  • Directly manages the OB assistant manager, providing clear instructions to deliver against her KPI and coaching for his/her career development

  • Indirectly manage supporting functions for OB such as admin, sales, finance, SCM to achieve business goals.

  • Interface with regional team and snr management for quarterly business reviews and annual planning for OB.

  • Lead meetings with customers and suppliers to achieve OB agenda.


Requirements



  • Min. 8 to 10 years of sales & marketing experience in FMCG, ideally within foods category

  • Ideal candidate should possess experience in FMCG brand marketing & trade marketing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit and love for developing brands from scratch.

  • Experience and exposure to revenue growth management would be an advantage

  • Strong bias for action, results driven and team player, with ambitions to lead a team of direct and indirect reports. Previous experience of people management would be an advantage.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications and data analytical tools.
