Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead marketing efforts and boost overseas property sales in Singapore.

The role involves collaborating with international developers, planning and executing campaigns and events, and managing end-to-end sales support.

 

Responsibilities

1. Overseas Project Acquisition & Developer Relations

  • Pitch and secure overseas property projects to be marketed in Singapore.

  • Act as the key liaison with overseas developers for campaign alignment, sales performance reviews, and operational feedback.

 2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline), including budget planning, media buying, and creative direction.

  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and media to ensure timely and impactful campaign delivery.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and platforms.

 3. Launch & Event Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of launches, seminars, and exhibitions in Singapore.

  • Oversee logistics, marketing materials, manpower support, and guest engagement.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth event flow and follow-up.

 4. Sales Operations & Documentation Oversight

  • Oversee the entire sales process for overseas projects—from reservation to contract signing and documentation.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and coordinate with internal teams for compliance and reporting.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and lead management.

 5. Cross-Functional & Ad Hoc Support

  • Support recruitment efforts, team coordination, and internal training initiatives related to overseas projects.

  • Take on additional responsibilities or project-specific tasks as assigned by the Company.


Requirements

1.     Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.

2.     Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, business development, or international property sales.

3.     Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven success in project pitching.

4.     Experience managing developer relationships and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

5.     Well-versed in event planning, sales operations, and documentation workflows.

6.     Highly organized, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

7.     Strong proficiency in digital tools (CRM, MS Office, campaign platforms, etc.).

8.     Preferably someone who has CEA license would be ideal.

9.     Be prepared to work on weekends to support the project launches.

10.  More experience personnel can be considered for Senior Manager position.

Other Information

  • Working Location: Toa Payoh, (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station) & showflats at various locations

  • 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm

  • Required to work on weekend if there is project launch
