Manager, Product Management and Analytics (Changi App)

Description
We are looking for a driven Product Manager to spearhead the digital transformation efforts of Changi Airport Group. You will play a pivotal role in evolving the Changi App, driving the development of consumer-facing products that transform our business and elevate customer experience to new heights.
In this dual-focus role, you will sit at the intersection of Product Management and Product Analytics. You will not only charge the roadmap for key lifestyle and utility features (Shop & Dine, e-Commerce, Parking, Maps) in Changi App, but also act as the analytics champion, defining how we measure success, implementing tracking schemas, and using data to drive personalization and other user-centric outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define strategies and chart the roadmap and growth for "Shop & Dine" and e-Commerce functions on the Changi App, ensuring alignment with enterprise direction in growing our commercial revenue capture.
- Phygital Experiences: Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to build and iterate on phygital experiences, including but not limited to parking and wayfinding solutions.
- Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle, from working with stakeholders to understand customer journeys and frame problem statements, and co-creating high-level solutions with UX/UI designers and developers, to managing the backlog and overseeing feature releases/ iterations that balance user experience with business requirements.
- Agile Delivery: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Value Validation: Champion value-driven deployment by planning and conducting user testing (incl. developing success metrics), and synthesizing customer insights and post-mortem analysis to validate product-market fit and recommend next steps i.e. scaling/ pivoting.
Product Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Instrumentation Strategy: Own the implementation and governance of tracking analytics. You will define the event taxonomy to ensure we capture accurate user behaviors and journeys across Changi App and other digital products.
- Experimentation Lead: Drive the A/B testing roadmap. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and conduct hypothesis-driven experiments that improve conversion funnels, increase engagement, and optimize UI elements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze clickstream data, user behavior and product performance to derive actionable recommendations. Synthesize these insights to influence stakeholder decision-making and product pivots.
- Reporting & Visualization: Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling storytelling and automated dashboards, for Changi App as well as the overall digital ecosystem
Job Requirements:
Professional Experience
- Degree in Business / Data Analytics / Economics / Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related field preferred
- At least 4-5 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2C mobile app environment.
- Proven track record in Agile/ Scrum delivery of digital products (CSPO/CSM certification is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma etc. preferred
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Data Fluency: Strong proficiency in data analysis is mandatory. You must be comfortable working with raw data to derive insights.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (eg. Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL is highly preferred. Experience with Python or R is a bonus.
- Experimentation: Experience designing and running A/B tests (eg. Adobe Target).
Soft Skills & Traits
- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer segmentation and behaviors in the aviation and mobile app context; ability to translate user empathy into technical logic.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making.
