Sales Manager – Enterprise Retail Technology

ETP International is a leading enterprise retail technology company helping global retailers drive digital transformation through unified commerce, omnichannel, and enterprise software solutions.
We are expanding our APAC sales team and looking for energetic, driven, and consultative sales professionals who are passionate about enterprise technology sales and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business development and enterprise sales across Singapore and Malaysia markets
• Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise customers within retail, ecommerce, and related industries
• Build and manage strong sales pipelines through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, discovery, presentations, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures
• Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to position suitable enterprise solutions for clients
• Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking initiatives to generate opportunities
• Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and pipeline visibility
Preferred Background
• Experience in SaaS / ERP / Enterprise Software / Retail Technology / Cloud Solution sales
• Strong hunter mindset with experience in new logo acquisition and outbound sales activities
• Exposure to B2B enterprise sales and consultative selling approach
• Experience handling enterprise or mid-market customers
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to Singapore and/or Malaysia markets would be preferred
• Candidates from enterprise software, SaaS, ecommerce, ERP, CRM, cloud, or technology solution companies preferred
Good to Have
• Experience in retail technology, ecommerce, omnichannel, ERP, POS, CRM, or supply chain solutions
• Multilingual communication skills (Mandarin preferred for regional client interaction)
• Experience working with enterprise customers across APAC markets
